We are a well-established Independent Insurance Broker, based in Hanley, with over 35 years’ experience. Specialising in High Net Worth, Prestige Car Insurance and all aspects of Commercial Insurance.

We’re looking for a customer focused professional and ambitious individual to join our growing business in personal lines.

The successful candidate will be able to:

Demonstrate strong communication skills
Provide and understand customers’ needs
Show the ambition to develop their own knowledge and the needs of the business
Adhere to correct processes and compliance standards

‍About you:

You will need to have previous Motor Insurance experience (knowledge of Home and Travel desirable)
Have had previous use of the Acturis Computer system (6 months minimum desirable)
Be CII qualified or working/willing to work toward
Have Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
Have a natural ability to build rapport
Determination to work hard and learn new things
Satisfy financial background check
